Every quote is checked against the same published rubric: sizing/load calculation, equipment specs and efficiency ratings, itemized scope of work, price vs. current national benchmarks, warranty and financing terms, and common high-pressure sales tactics.
Basic and Standard reports typically land within 24 hours; Premium Compare within about 12. You'll get a letter grade, a plain-English summary, every flag we found with where it appears in your quote, and a list of specific questions to bring back to your contractor.
We're not a licensed home inspector and we don't visit your house. We're a document review — reading the same quote your contractor handed you and telling you plainly what's strong, what's missing, and what's worth pushing back on before you sign. For anything structural, electrical, or safety-related that needs an in-person look, we'll say so in the report.
